Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to products manufactured or supplied by HEUT Ltd.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects that arise from manufacturing processes.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- improper installation or mounting
- misuse or neglect
- modification, drilling, cutting, or alteration
- normal wear and tear
- damage from road conditions, accidents, or external impact
- chemical exposure or environmental degradation
- improper storage or handling
Claim Process
All warranty claims must include:
- proof of purchase
- description of the issue
- photographic evidence
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after discovery of the issue.
Remedies
If a claim is approved, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- repair the product
- replace the product
- issue a credit or refund
The Company is not obligated to provide identical replacement items if production changes have occurred.
Limitation
Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final Authority
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under warranty based on inspection and evaluation.
