By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Methods

  • standard parcel carriers
  • freight carriers for oversized or heavy products
  • third-party logistics providers selected at our discretion

Shipping method is determined based on product size, weight, and destination.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on product type and order volume.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed and may change without notice due to:

  • manufacturing schedules
  • material availability
  • custom or made-to-order requirements

Freight and Oversized Items

Many products may require freight shipping due to size and weight.

For freight shipments:

  • delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged
  • the customer is responsible for offloading goods
  • additional equipment may be required for unloading

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • destination
  • size and weight of order
  • carrier rates at time of shipment

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the Company is at fault.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers or logistics providers
  • customs or border processing
  • weather conditions
  • supply chain disruptions
  • force majeure events

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment or carrier pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection Upon Delivery

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt.

For freight shipments:

  • any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
  • photographs should be taken immediately if damage is suspected

Failure to properly document damage may limit eligibility for claims.

Incorrect Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for:

  • delays
  • lost shipments
  • additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • brokerage fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
